Higher Efficiency, Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for E-Commerce and Mail Order Fulfillment
Our Recycled-Content Auto-Mailers pair automation-ready film with high-PCR sustainability—30/50/80% PCR options (PIR blends available)—maintaining strength, clarity, and print quality while cutting virgin resin. Engineered for high-throughput bagging with clean feed and consistent seals, they support label-/barcode-friendly surfaces and ERP/WMS print-and-apply workflows, helping reduce rework, emissions, and TCO.

Features
High PCR Content — 30/50/80% PCR options cut virgin resin use while maintaining strength and clarity.
PIR Blends — Post-industrial blends available for added stiffness and stable runnability.
Automation-Ready — Clean-feed rolls and consistent heat seals for high-throughput baggers.
Print & Scan Friendly — Smooth surfaces for crisp graphics, labels, and barcodes.
Store Drop-Off Recyclable — LDPE film eligible where programs exist; disposal guidance available.
Certified & Traceable — Third-party recycled-content certificates and lot traceability on request.
FAQ
1) What PCR/PIR levels are available and how do they affect performance?
Standard options are 30/50/80% PCR; PIR blends can increase stiffness. Formulations are tuned to preserve tensile strength, seal integrity, and print quality comparable to virgin-rich films.
2) Are these compatible with automated bagging lines?
Yes. They’re automation-ready for high-throughput systems (e.g., Autobag/Sharp/Rollbag), with controlled COF, stable roll geometry, and consistent seal windows for smooth feeding and high uptime.
3) What sealing methods are supported?
Designed for machine heat sealing (impulse/constant-heat). For returns, pressure-sensitive closures or dual-seal constructions are available. We can provide peel/seal and seal-strength data for validation.
4) Are the surfaces suitable for labels and barcode scanning?
Yes. Matte/low-gloss films are label- and barcode-friendly, optimized for thermal-transfer (TTR); common DT labels are supported. We recommend a small print test by material code pre-launch.
5) Are they recyclable and what end-of-life guidance applies?
As LDPE film, they are generally eligible for Store Drop-Off programs where available. Remove paper shipping labels or use removable labels to avoid contamination. On-pack guidance is available.
6) What certifications or proofs can ADSURE provide?
On request: recycled-content statements (third-party or internal), RoHS/REACH declarations, and lot-level traceability. We support customer audits and SOP/COA documentation.
7) What customization is typical for e-commerce?
Custom size/thickness, return strips, document pockets, easy-tear, vent holes, hang holes; COF and surface energy can be tuned for in-line labeling and smooth web handling. Multilingual disposal icons available.
8) How do you validate runnability and print quality?
We follow sample → pilot → production: verify feeding, sealing, labeling/printing, scanning, and transit durability. Where required, we align with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
9) What about color/opacity and brand consistency on PCR films?
Clear, translucent, opaque white, and custom colors are available. For higher PCR, we adjust the formulation to maintain coverage and brand color density; press proofs are provided as needed.
10) What are typical MOQs and lead times?
Depend on formula, thickness, and printing. Standard configurations allow faster sampling and scale-up. Safety stock and phased shipments can be arranged for peak seasons.
