ADSURE® Laminiated (ESD) Auto-Bagging
Eliminate component failures with advanced multi-layer films engineered for the ultimate protection of static-sensitive electronics.
-
Buried Shielding Layer: Conductive metal layer is laminated between films, ensuring permanent protection that won't scratch or wear off.
-
Faraday Cage Effect: Continuous internal barrier (10³ - 10⁵ Ω/sq) blocks external static fields to fully protect sensitive PCBs.
-
Zero Contamination: Traps conductive material inside to eliminate the ink flaking and particulate risks common with grid bags.
-
Jam-Free Automation: Smooth outer layer provides consistent friction (COF) for reliable, high-speed feeding without sticking.
Our Laminated Shielding films are engineered for seamless, drop-in performance on standard hardware, offering superior durability without changing machine settings.

Reliable Shielding Protection for Sensitive Electronics
What are Adsure® Laminated ESD Auto-Bagging Consumables?
They are heavy-duty, multi-layer static shielding bags on a roll, manufactured with a conductive metal layer laminated between dielectric plastic films. Unlike standard pink poly bags that only suppress tribocharging, our "Metal-In" structure creates a Faraday Cage with a surface resistivity of 10³ - 10⁵ Ω/sq. This effectively shields sensitive Class 0 & I components (like PCBs and chips) from external electrostatic fields and discharges during shipping.
How to use on your production line?
Engineered as a direct replacement for OEM shielding films, simply load these rolls onto your Autobag®, Sharp™, or Pac Machinery™ systems. The specialized laminated outer layer provides a smooth, consistent coefficient of friction (COF) to prevent jamming, while the buried metal design ensures zero conductive ink shedding or abrasion dust—keeping your machine sensors and products clean. [Request a compatibility test roll] to validate the performance on your specific bagger.

Special Feature
-
Buried Metal Construction: The conductive aluminum shield is laminated between layers of polyester and polyethylene. This "buried" design prevents the metal layer from scratching off or shedding conductive particles (unlike surface-printed grid bags).
-
Faraday Cage Protection: Creates a complete electrostatic barrier with a shielding energy of < 20 nJ. This attenuates external static fields, protecting Class 0 & I devices that standard pink poly cannot save.
-
Clean Application: The smooth, non-sloughing PET outer layer generates no conductive dust or carbon debris, making it safe for precision optics, sensors, and clean-environment manufacturing.
-
High-Speed Machinability: Engineered with a controlled low coefficient of friction (COF) on the outer layer. This ensures the bag feeds, opens, and seals reliably on Autobag® and Sharp™ systems without jamming.
Structural Options
-
Reinforced Headers: Optional thick header with Euro-hang holes for retail display of high-value electronics.
-
Custom Perforations: Precision cross-perforations tuned to your machine’s specific tension settings for a clean tear every time.
-
Supply Format: Available as Rolls (for Autobag®) or Fan-Fold in Box (for Sharp™ high-speed runs).
Target Applications
-
Sensitive PCB Assemblies: Essential for packaging populated Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) containing MOS, CMOS, or FET devices where a true Faraday cage is required to block external fields.
-
Semiconductors & ICs: Ideal for bulk packaging of sensitive Integrated Circuits (ICs) and microchips that demand low-energy (< 20 nJ) shielding protection.
-
Hard Disk Drives & Memory: Protects magnetic media and controller boards from both static discharge and physical abrasion during transit.
-
Automotive Sensors: High-volume bagging of airbag sensors, ECUs, and camera modules where zero-defect reliability and freedom from conductive dust contamination are mandatory.
