What is Adsure® Nylon Barrier Co-Extruded Auto-Bagging?
These are high-performance composite films designed to replace standard polyethylene when "good enough" isn't enough. By co-extruding a core layer of Polyamide (Nylon) with outer layers of Polyethylene, we create a synergistic material that offers:

How to use our Nylon Barrier Films?
Nylon films are notoriously difficult to run on automated machines due to curling and static. Adsure has solved this. Our proprietary "Lay-Flat" formulation ensures these rolls feed smoothly on your Autobag® AB series, Sharp™ SX/MAX-PRO, or Pac Machinery™ baggers without jamming.
Use them exactly like your standard bags—print, pack, and seal at high speeds. They are also compatible with vacuum sealing and gas flush modules for applications requiring extended shelf life or volume reduction.
