What are Adsure® ESD Auto-Bagging Consumables?
They are precision-converted, pre-opened bags on a roll, manufactured from premium amine-free antistatic polyethylene. Unlike standard plastics that generate thousands of volts of static electricity when rubbed (tribocharging), our consumables maintain a surface resistivity of 10⁹ - 10¹¹ Ω/sq. This effectively suppresses static buildup during the high-speed machine feeding process, protecting sensitive Class II & III devices from latent defects.
How to use on your production line?
Engineered as a direct replacement for OEM films, simply load these rolls onto your Autobag®, Sharp™, or PAC Machinery™ systems. The material features optimized slip additives to prevent "static cling" jamming, ensuring smooth opening and sealing even in low-humidity environments.
