Yes. ADSURE Compostable Auto-Mailers are automation-ready, with controlled film COF and heat-seal windows to ensure smooth feeding and consistent sealing across common bagging platforms.
3) Are these mailers certified compostable?
Yes. Materials can be supplied with certifications such as EN 13432, ASTM D6400, and AS 5810, recognized for both industrial and home composting compliance.
4) What is their shelf life and storage requirement?
Typically 9 – 12 months under cool, dry conditions (< 30 °C, away from sunlight). Extended storage may require secondary protection to maintain mechanical properties.
5) Can they be printed or labeled like standard poly mailers?
Yes. Matte/low-gloss surfaces accept TTR labels and solvent- or water-based inks. We recommend verifying print adhesion with your specific printer setup.
6) How do compostable mailers compare in strength to LDPE mailers?
They offer slightly less stretch but strong puncture resistance. Ideal for soft goods and non-fragile items, not for sharp or heavy contents.
7) Are they recyclable with LDPE film?
